Japanese ramen is all the rage now in San Francisco, but what exactly is ramen and why is it so popular? More importantly, where are the most authentic places for ramen in the Bay Area? Join Japanese language and culture teacher Chris Scott for an afternoon of real ramen, including lunch and a visit to Japan Town to explore the history and culture of ramen.
