2 hour activity, to be scheduled on a mutually agreeable weekend. I would like to offer an outing to the permanent orienteering course at Bedwell Bayfront Park, right off Marsh road in Menlo Park. I would provide maps (and compasses if needed), teach some basics of orienteering, and then go with a group of interested participants as they navigated their way through the course. At the end, I would provide information on other permanent courses in the Bay Area, as well as upcoming orienteering events organized by the Bay Area Orienteering Club.
