Please take note that the house has a portable air conditioning unit in the living room only. However, screened windows can be opened to enjoy the ocean wind and breeze. Electric fans are also provided.

The Neighborhood

There is a traffic sign in the intersection of Orange Street and the PCH around 200 feet from the house. You can cross there and the amazing beach will welcome you.

Getting Around

The best is to rent a car or taxi.

Other Things to Note

The front street parking (along Fern Street) is on a first come firt served basis only. However, there is a private carport at the back of the house accessible through an alley. Circle through Canal Street then turn right on the first alley. The carport is secured by a gate.
