Above all, people have the strength and answers inside them to elicit change in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients manage their stress, process and reframe difficult events and situations, and access new solutions to their problems.

I received my BA at UC Santa Cruz in 2008, and then went on to earn my MA in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in 2011. I am now a doctoral candidate at Alliant in the Couple and Family Therapy PsyD program with the expected graduation date of 2016.

I now also provide lifestyle coaching! In this service, I am able to provide online meetings and services to the busy professional living anywhere in the world who may not be able to make it to the office for a monthly or weekly session, for those who often travel, or even for who do not live in California.

I utilize the VSee app for video messaging, and can talk on the phone through your regular phone service provider. Unfortunately, I do not use Skype, FaceTime, or any other video chatting applications because of their lack of security and HIPPA incompliance. Your privacy and security is important to me!
