Luxury 3-bed 2000 SQFT House in Newport Beach located in a resort style complex, rivals any of the local 5 star hotels featuring incredible country club & canyon views. Minutes away from Fashion Island, Newport Beach and Balboa Island.

Common spacesBefore even entering the home, you are greeted by a garden walkway with views of a canyon and the Pacific Ocean just beyond. Greeted by the patio, the front door opens into the first floor living room.

The sofa and love seat wrap around the fireplace and entertainment center, offering a comfortable place to watch movies and have conversation. Natural light spills into the open floor plan and brings warmth to the ambiance.

This opens into the kitchen and dining room. Gas stovetops and an open counter allow for plenty of cooks in the kitchen! Fully equipped with the basic cooking equipment, all you'll need are the ingredients.

The first floor also has access to a large tandem parking garage that is large enough to fit 3 cars. In addition, a half bath is located just off the garage entrance.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with access to two full bathrooms and laundry room. There is also a linen closet filled with extra sheets and towels as needed by our esteemed guests. Room One: 1 Eastern King Bed, Room Two: 2 Full Beds, and Room Three: 2 Queen Beds. Our three bedrooms each have their own closet and access to a full bathroom in addition to the natural light.

Upon booking, the guest will look at the availability in our calendars and inquire about dates, noting that they were winners of an auction with you. I'll be able to confirm the names of the winners with you, and then we'll be able to book them. All terms & conditions are those as depicted in the Airbnb information. Cleaning fee and deposit may be required upon booking.  All bookings be redeemed before November 30, 2016.
