This beautiful triplex with pool (locked), jacuzzi, patio, BBQ, bikes, toddler bikes, toys, baby gear, adult and baby swing, play house, and sand box building is located on Normadie Avenue, north of Franklin Avenue, in gorgeous Los Feliz. FLAT HAS 6 PERSON JACUZZ, above ground pool with deck, garden PATIO W/ BBQ AND FIRE PIT. The outside amenities are shared with the other vacation rental guests in the building; although, most guests are out during the day and are not used often. Guests (if your bashful) can reserve private time for the jacuzzi, pool, BBQ, or patio. The unit is 1850 square feet. The unit has a spacious living room with a fireplace,HIGH CEILINGS, TONS OF NATURAL LIGHT, french chandelier, large arched windows, and crown molding. The colors are cheerful and bright. Each room has a different feel to it and are so beautifully decorated that you would think I had hired an expensive interior decorator. There is also a large formal dining room which seats 8. There are three large bedrooms (all 3 rooms have comfortable king beds) and one smaller bedroom. All my linens are top of the line (500 thread or more). Each bedroom has one robe and their own television, except the small room. There is a 600 square foot patio with 6 person Jacuzzi that is shared with the other units. Toddler bikes, stroller, port a crib, and booster seat is available. There is a crib in the master bedroom. This special 1920's flat is the perfect lodging for a luxurious stay in Los Angeles. The flat is beautiful and you will love LA, but even more love your time at home with your family in this special flat. Every person who walks in the door is just floored at how airy, and absolutely gorgeous this space is. We have a printer, free netflix, apple, bicycle, and so much more...

Oasis-style feel of this upscale villa in the quaint vintage village of Los Feliz is located at the base of the Hollywood Hills. There are tons of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater all within walking distance. Famous Vermont Avenue and Hillhurst Avenue are less than a ten minute walk away. Griffith park (zoo, hiking, children's park, pony rides, train rides and museum, picnic area) is less than 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride away. Lastly, the heart of Los Angeles's famous 'Sunset and Vine Street' (Walk of Fame) is less than 10 minutes away. You are centered in a green, safe neighborhood, yet you are in the heart of everything Los Angeles has to offer.

Additionally, there is one uncovered parking spot. There is also plenty of street parking.We also have two bikes and two electric scooters for free use while you stay with us.
