I was born in Toulouse, France. After a 20-year-long dance career that took me from Paris to Europe and all the way to Asia, I settled in New York City, where to further develop my knowledge of the body, I dove into the study of therapeutic massage at the Swedish Institute. I became a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist in February of 2008. My practice integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reiki, as well as Reflexology, in which I hold a National Board Certification.

I have also studied specialized massage therapy for the cancer patient at Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center in New York City.

Through experience, work, on-going studies, Reiki and Seido Karate (I am a first degree black belt student), I have come to understand that the practice of a relaxed, worry-free, honest and grateful approach to living one's life is key to fostering one's happiness and health.

I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the American Reflexology Certification Board.
