MILE HIGH RUN CLUB IS THE FIRST DEDICATED STUDIO FOR RUNNING


With daily group treadmill classes and running focused strength training led by elite runners, everyone trains like an athlete regardless of fitness level.


THE PROGRAM


Our program challenges the body differently than simply getting a few miles in. Expertly structured intervals and smart purposeful training guarantee you will reach your goals more quickly at MHRC.


THE STUDIO


Our studios are located at 28 E4th Street in NOHO and 24 W25th Street in NOMAD. The NOHO facility comfortably houses 36 Woodway 4Front treadmills, the ultimate in treadmill technology. Both studios have locker rooms with showers and full amenities including Red Flower products as well as a retail area featuring MHRC branded apparel and other running essentials. MHRC's NOMAD location is equipped with the same amenities and products plus an expanded ladies locker room and 35 Woodway 4Front treadmills.

Items not picked up during these times will be mailed to the winner at the address on file with Bidding For Good (a standard shipping charge will be charged to credit card on file) beginning May 2nd.
