Is your child passionate about animals? Do they dream of a career as a veterinarian? Give them the gift of going behind the scenes in a large, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital and shadowing an experienced veterinarian.

He or she will be able to accompany the doctor as they go into exam rooms, diagnose and treat animals and observe as they perform procedures and/or surgeries.  They will experience the day-to-day activities that take place in a busy veterinary practice.  Lunch will be provided where we can discuss the morning's cases and I can answer any questions he/she may have about veterinary medicine. 

Vet for a Day, donated by Dr. Suzanne Tousley with Mesa Veterinary Hospital is a great opportunity for any child with ambitions in veterinary medicine.
