Description
The winning bidder will receive a gift certificate good for 2 Seats to the "Cow by Bear" Dinner Party Experience Experiment (a $300 value).
Chef "Bear" literally wears a full bear costume while preparing your world-class meal and experience.
The menu changes every month, but the main course is always the 45-day dry-aged ribeye. Hence the "cow" in the name and the "bear", well, you get it....
Dinners take place at an undisclosed downtown location every Friday and Saturday at 8pm, with only 10 seats available. The address is emailed to the attendee one day before dinner.
Menu:
- Welcoming cocktail and snack
- Two seasonal courses paired with specially curated fine wine.
- 45 day dry aged, grass fed, bone-in ribeye steak, cooked medium-rare via Cow by Bear's secret formula w/ seasonal sides and fine wine pairing
- Fresh, locally made cupcake

Special Instructions
The gift certificate is for $300 toward any regularly scheduled dinner, subject to availability of seats. You will receive a variety of available dates to choose from once you contact Bear. Please note, typical wait time is currently three months.
Local pickup times are May 11th 2016, 7:45-9:00AM & 1:45-2:45PM at the front entrance of La Costa Heights Elementary.
Items can be shipped to the winning bidder, however, actual shipping charges (including insurance) will be added to the total bid.
