At Pilates V studio we provide physical fitness training using the methods developed by Joseph Pilates. This type of physical fitness training focuses on specific mind and muscle training coupled with a mind focus on breathing, awareness of the spine, and deep torso muscle control.

Pilates V offers privates, semi-private and classes on user-friendly Balanced Body Pilates equipment. Owner and instructor, Vannesa Storie, combines classical and contemporary Pilates techniques with functional fitness training to create a program that will not only improve fitness level but also the body movement in every day life for all around enhanced health and wellness.

Each client is evaluated in health, fitness level and injuries, then given a program to their ability that will help them achieve their fitness goals. Classes never have more than six students. All classes include personalized corrections and adjustments, on all our apparatuses.

Being the soul instructor Vannesa gives the special attention that the large Pilates studios lack, where you are passed around from instructor to instructor. Vannesa is there for 100% of your Pilates journey, attributing to your strengths and making you work to improve weaknesses.

Policies:

• Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your first private or class so that you may fill out a client profile and waiver.


• Please do not use cell phone during a class or private session.


• 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: You have up until 24 hours to early cancel from a class, if you fail to do so your account will be charged


• As per the waiver, you must let Pilates V know about pertinent health issues or anything you think may affect your workout with me, or your well being in the future.
