We offer premier training in the Korean traditional martial art of Tang Soo Do. Our programs are unique, offering speed and agility training to increase performance and strengthen motor skill development. Our programs include ages 2-4, 5-8, 8-12, teens and adults. We are a no long-term contract gym- offering month to month agreements.

We also offer summer, spring and winter camps, international and local tournament training. We are a community leader, raising thousands of dollars for local public schools and non profit organizations
