This certificate is redeemable for $1500 toward orthodontic treatment (braces or invisalign). There is NO EXPIRATION DATE! The value of this certificate can be split and used for multiple siblings or family members. The value of this certificate however, cannot be sold to another individual(s) without the prior consent of Dr. Chenard or redeemed for cash.
