This wonderfully sunny and cozy 3 level A-Frame is situated on 5 acres in the Denver Vega Valley, and has the perfect mix of woodland and mountain views. The house is very private and is surrounded by DEP land. It has a mid-century feel with furniture from the era including 50's dinnerware, Eames chairs, a Malm fireplace, George Nelson light shades etc. There is a large deck on 3 sides of the house with a picnic table, seating, fire pit and BBQ.

The main (mid) level is mostly open plan. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room with a full wall of windows looking out at the valley. There is a separate dining area, kitchen and the main bathroom. 

The master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. It has a queen bed, and a lovely balcony, perfect for morning coffee. There is also a TV that works with Amazon, or other media sticks if you wish to bring your own.

There are two lower level bedrooms. One has bunk beds, perfect for kids, and the other has a full size, and a computer to play DVD's while laying in bed. The second bathroom is on this level. 

There are baby gates available in the garage to block off (unsecured) the stairs.

Outdoor Space - The house sits back from the road, it is mostly cleared with some wooded areas.
