2013 St Urbans Hof Riesling "Bockstein Ockfen Spatlese" Wine.

This almost clear colored Riesling was well received by our mini-tasting group. It opens with a very faint grapefruit and apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly sweet and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a mild lemon iced tea with hints of tangerine and minerality. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger for quite a while after the wine is gone. This Riesling would pair well with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy!
