Public Glass is a non-profit arts organization committed to providing access to the critical resources needed to make explorations in glass a possibility for everyone.

Held on select Saturdays from 6-10 PM "Hot Glass Cold Beer", is a favorite long-running event that combines glass demonstrations, live music, craft beer and great local food. Your VIP tickets get you reserved seats, access to a VIP selection of glasses and a complimentary plate of food.

Also included are two "One Day Workshop" classes. In this introductory class, students learn the basic techniques involved in making solid and blown glass. You’ll be introduced to studio safety, hand tools, equipment and hot working. The class covers body posture, gathering, shaping and tool usage. At the end of six hours, each student will have had the opportunity to manipulate molten glass into a solid object such as a paperweight, and explore the blowing process through the creation of a small vessel such as a drinking glass.
