From Emeryville, you’ll ride Amtrak’s California Zephyr, one of the most beautiful train trips in all of North America, to Truckee, coach class. During your journey, you’ll watch an ever-changing panorama of the Sierras unfold outside your window.

The Hampton Inn is just minutes from either downtown Truckee or Lake Tahoe.

You’ll stay in a Junior Suite, with contemporary furnishings, fine amenities and a stylish décor. Your spacious suite features either a King bed or two Queen beds, sofa, and wet bar.

There is a seasonal pool and year around hot tub; “On the House” hot breakfast is included each morning.

Hotel stay is valid until April 2017, holidays and peak weekends excluded.

For San Francisco and Peninsula guests, Amtrak has included Amtrak Thruway Bus transportation between San Francisco (SFC-Temporary Trans Bay Terminal) and Emeryville.

Amtrak tickets are invalid for stopovers. Reserve at least 21 days prior to departure. May 27, May 30, July 1, July 4, September 2, September 5 and October 10 are excluded. Travel must be completed by October 16, 2016.
