Three day, two night stay in a 1950s era Catskill bungalow situated on Ulster Heights Lake.  Access to lake, sixteen acres of wooded property, playground, community game room, outdoor fire pit.  

Minutes from Minnewaska State Park, Sam's Point Preserve, and shopping in Middletown and Montecello, NY.  Seven miles northwest of Ellenville, NY.  

Sleeps four (full bed + two twin beds) OR five with folding cot.
