Gymnastics helps build a foundation for muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture.

Through sensory and motor activities (including climbing, trampoline, vault, bars, beam and tumbling), your child will gain spatial awareness and the ability to manage his body with conï¬?dence. Our coaches nurture children and provide a safe space where they can explore and “leap” beyond their perceived limitations.

In this setting, children learn not only to strengthen their physical bodies, but also to build lasting friendships with their peers and adults. Sessions are designed according to the developmental needs of each child, whether working one-on-one or in a small group setting.

Leaps n Boundz is an adaptive sports and recreation program for children and young adults with special needs.

Every youngster deserves the satisfaction of hitting a ball, splashing in the water and socializing with friends – but all too often, people with special needs are denied simple pleasures like these. We believe that sports and recreational activities form an essential part of early childhood development and promote a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Our sports and recreation programs enable kids with special needs to experience the thrill of redefining their limits in a safe and supportive environment.

We offer programs in gymnastics, swimming, and ball skills (one-on-one and in small groups), as well as social skills groups and day camps. Our dedicated counselors are experts in child development, occupational therapy, recreation therapy, kinesiology, biology, and education. We are now offering clinical ABA services.
