Namaste all day… every day!  Two lucky yogis can each bring a friend to do a sweet vinyasa yoga flow with Ms. Layco. Expect to do some partner yoga and to learn more of the difficult poses that will really limber you up. Lastly, you will end your session with some tasty Ayurvedic treats!
