Body Back is a total body, HIIT training program that's more than just a workout class. Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of a mom, whether she had her baby 2 months ago or 20 years ago. Body Back is designed for moms of any stage to challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential in a supportive and inspiring environment.
The next 8 week session starts on September 15th and meets in Prospect Park.
