Learn the ropes is its most popular class and a great beginning introduction for climbers looking to gain basic knowledge and skills. The class teaches each student how to fit a harness, tie basic knots, and manage the ropes for another climber while they climb. You’ll leave with all the necessary skills to pass our top rope belay certification test.

Brooklyn Boulders is a dedicated rock climbing facility and dynamic creative community located at 575 Degraw in Gowanus. The facility offers over 10,000 square feet of ”plastic pulling pleasure” in 18,000 square feet facility divided into two massive areas featuring 15, 20 and 45 degree overhands, cave, freestanding bouler with 17 foot top out.
