It is a unique class for anyone looking for a fun and challenging way to work out in an environment stocked with extreme hardware and apparatus. Interval exercises are incorporated along with circuit stations and sports drills to offer a total body workout for any person (beginner through advanced) who is ready to take their fitness to the next level.

Experience the technique that is the foundation of the STREB Extreme Action Company’s creative process. POPACTION intertwines dance, athletics, boxing, rodeo, the circus, and Hollywood stuntwork into a bristling muscle-and-motion vocabulary.

One (1) Adult Trampoline Class at STREB

Learn the ropes is its most popular class and a great beginning introduction for climbers looking to gain basic knowledge and skills. The class teaches each student how to fit a harness, tie basic knots, and manage the ropes for another climber while they climb. You’ll leave with all the necessary skills to pass our top rope belay certification test.

Brooklyn Boulders is a dedicated rock climbing facility and dynamic creative community located at 575 Degraw in Gowanus. The facility offers over 10,000 square feet of ”plastic pulling pleasure” in 18,000 square feet facility divided into two massive areas featuring 15, 20 and 45 degree overhands, cave, freestanding bouler with 17 foot top out.
