The lower level offers a spacious master suite with a king bed, TV with DVD, and large master bath with soaking tub.  A deck off the master bedroom features a private hot tub. Adjacent to the master suite is a media area with another flat screen TV/DVD player. There is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The middle level has a bedroom with queen bed, TV/DVD, and en-suite bath with shower.  On the top level is a spacious great room with high ceilings, TV/DVD and gas started wood burning fireplace. This room is combined with a dining area that seats six comfortably. There is a small deck off the dining area. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and alder cabinets. Also on this level is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a hall bathroom with shower. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, ample storage, and a heated two-car garage. At just over 2,200 square feet, this townhome will accommodate up to six guests.
