I practice out of my home in Essex. I have 20 years of experience with massage. I give relaxation and therapeutic massage which includes balancing of energetic and physiological systems. I am recently trained in craniosacral therapy and I incorporate this technique into my work. This is a very gentle, but deeply effective technique that balances the craniosacral system, and nourishes and releases the membranes and fascia. It helps with a myriad of conditions with headaches, migraines and back pain at the top of the list.
