Enjoy 5 days and 4 nights in this 3-bedroom historic home in the heart of Washington, D.C. – steps from the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court and Library of Congress.The Metro is 1 block away, which will whisk you to the Smithsonian, White House and many more attractions. A great combination of ethnic restaurants and the city’s most famous farmer’s market/flea market are steps away (Eastern Market). Our house is a bit unusual on Capitol Hill -- as we have a large stone patio, parking space (!) and a backyard with a hot tub, where you can soak after a long day of sightseeing. We will be happy to provide advice on neighborhood highlights, including Nationals Stadium and Barracks Row, where the U.S. Marine Corps band stages a concert series in the summer.
