Description
Winner of this auction will receive four hours of handyman services from school parent Brian Gilbert. Projects may include but are not entirely limited to Carpentry, Rough/Finish Plumbing, Light Electrical, Bath & Floor Tile, Flooring, Fence Work, Decks, Dry rot repair, Drywall repair, irrigation systems.
Brian Gilbert has been working in the trades for almost 10 years now, has been involved with many new construction projects, remodel projects, as well as many decks and fences. Two photos have been added for a rough idea of skills. References are available if needed.
If the project goes over 4 hours of work the hourly rate of $50 will be charged.

Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 16) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 18, between 2 and 4 pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at info@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 16, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $1.
Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
