Certificate does not expire, but consultation must be scheduled by Dec. 31, 2016. Limit one certificate per household. Items will be available for pick up at Olive Elementary (Shade Structure on Lower Playground) Monday - Wednesday, March 28th - 30th before and after school. Alternatively, bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard first class rates.
