60 minute massage with Sara Velez

Sara Velez is a NYS licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist.  She has been in practice for 7 years and is located in the Mountain Top Chiropractic office.  She offers many different types of massage including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.  Having also studied Shiatsu and Cranio-sacral, she continues to incorporate new techniques into her sessions.  Sessions are individualized to each client's needs helping to promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, improve circulation, and increase mobility.
