At Foster Wellness you are encouraged to take control of your wellness. Sessions are catered toward the individual, whether the need be to address acute or chronic pain, sports injury, stress reduction or general health maintenance. Foster Wellness prides itself on being a research and evidence based practice. The focus is on long term results for clients who suffer from ailments both acute and chronic.
Jeannine has been practicing massage since 2003 after graduating from New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts (NHITA) in Bridgton, Maine. She holds a BA from Colby College and a MS in school psychology from University of Southern Maine. Currently Jeannine serves as the website coordinator and Sports Massage Team Chair for the Maine Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). In addition to NHITA’s 800 hour accredited program, Jeannine has continued her education taking classes every year and has completed advanced training with James Waslaksi, George Kousaleos andJeff Mahadeen. Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish techniques, Myofascial Mobilization and orthopedic massage are used to create a session balanced for the client’s needs. As a former All-American collegiate runner and cross country coach, Jeannine understands the demands an active lifestyle can put on one’s body. Whether you’re looking for relief from headaches, back or shoulder pain, acute or chronic injuries or overall muscle tension, your session will be catered to your needs to find relief from pain and discomfort.

Items and gift certificates may be claimed on April 9th at our Spring Celebration on our campus in Cumberland, Maine. Shipping bulky items to any location is not included in the sale price, unless expressly stated. If shipping is required, the cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
