Cindy Sims is offering a one hour private yoga class in Sebastopol. If you are new to yoga this is a great opportunity to get personal attention and prepare you for public classes. If you are a veteran Yogi but would like some help, Cindy can do that as well.
Cindy began her study of yoga in 1994 with Richard Freeman in her hometown of Boulder, Colorado.
When she moved to Sebastopol in 2002, she continued to study with Ann Austin, Johnny Smith and Tim MIller.
Her passionate and Inspirational style of teaching is a balanced fusion of Ashtanga basics with attention to holistic alignment and personal growth. Her heartfelt teaching is delivered with clarity and compassion.
