Nina is offering an hour private yoga session in her West county home studio. Don't miss out on this opportunity to work with one the few certified Iyengar teachers in town.
Nina Carson is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with over thirty years experience in the Iyengar tradition. She made her first trip to India to study with the Iyengar family in 1983. She graduated from Tony Briggs' teacher training in 2002 and continues to study regularly with Manouso Manos.
As an RN she brings a level of expertise and comfort to dealing with unusual medical and physical concerns. Her blend of humor and precision ensure a class experience that is both challenging and fun. She currently teaches at Westside Yoga in Sebastopol and at her private home studio.
