Cindy Sims is offering a one hour ayurvedic consultation.  Ayurveda is a 5000 year old healing tradition that originated in India. An Ayurveda consultation with Cindy will include determining your  unique body constitution and your current body imbalance and she will take a detailed history regarding your current and past Illnesses, eating patterns, daily routine's, exercise and etc. Together  we will create a unique healing health care plan for you including: dietary modifications, daily regimes, herbal formulas, yoga, meditation, reading techniques that are best suited for your body type lifestyle.

 Cindy Sims is a certified massage therapist, yoga instructor and Ayureda health counselor. She has been passionate about mind-body connection in the myriad of healing modalities for the past 25 years. She is a recent graduate of Mount Madonna institute school of ayurveda located in the mountains above Santa Cruz. She blends her own knowledge of massage and Ayurveda body work, yoga and nutrition to help create healthy daily routines.
