Ruth Mankin teaches an Iyengar based yoga that brings together the union of the mind, body, breath and spirit. She has been a student and teacher of yoga for many years, and studied with Erich Schiffman for 10 years. She continues to study yoga with meditation, and loves that balance that yoga brings into her life.
All level students welcome.
Fridays & Saturdays from 9:00-10:30 am, Downtown Art Studio (behind Sebastopol Cookie Company)
