Come take a pie making class with the SugarQueen,
Trish Davis at The Whole Pie. 2792 4th Street, Santa Rosa.
The pie shop will be open sometime this Summer and we'd love to teach you and 5 of your friends the secret to making great crust and good old fashioned pies. You'll learn a basic pie crust which, once mastered, will make you famous at any potluck or dinner party. You'll also learn my "Little Black Dress" tart that can make a beautiful dessert from almost anything in your pantry. Enjoy a glass of local wine or a pint of Moonlight beer while you and your friends get your hands dirty. You'll take home a baked galette and a pie for your freezer. Is there a specific pie you and your friends would love to learn? Just ask. Classes will be offered at 7pm any night of the week and will last approximately 2 1/2 hours. Valued at $300.
these are also pie option: Chicken Pot Pie, Proscuitto and Ementhaler Hand Pie, and Fresh veggie galette. Same price, same crust.

information: At auction close, items will be available for pick up at REACH School in Sebastopol, CA, on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping fees and billed at standard industry rates. REACH School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
