The lucky winner of the Northville-Placid Trail Chapter shadow box will also win a unique experience; a 4-day/3-night section hike of the Northville-Placid Trail led by one of our experienced Chapter trip leaders.  The winner will be able to select which section they want to hike.  The date of the hike will have to be worked out between the winner of the trip and the chapter trip leader. The chapter has several trip leaders, so the date selected may determine the leader you get.  The trip is for up to 5 people, not counting the trip leader.  The winner of this experience will be required to provide all their own food and gear and the trip leader will interview the winner to ensure the hike selected and the gear the winner has fits the winner's hiking skill level.  The winner of the NPT experience will also be required to fill out all ADK trip forms as required by Adirondack Mountain Club policy.
