Description
Yoga instructor Emily Sorensen teaches Yoga by Heart Lake and has very generously offered a 1.5-hour yoga session for 1-2 people within a 30-mile radius of ADK.
Instructor Emily Sorensen offers sunrise, sunset, and afternoon yoga classes that combine flowing movements that foster strength and flexibility for the body along with meditations that nurture peace in the mind. Emily has been a yoga enthusiast for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2000. She has trained in many styles of yoga with teachers from around the world and continues to enjoy a daily practice.

Yoga session may be given in the home of the winner provided they are within 30 miles of ADK Loj. If the recipient is outside of the 30-mile radius, other arrangements can be made. Yoga session may be used at ADK Loj when scheduled in advance.
