This mask is dedicated to my son, Zachery Lee Sare. This piece illustrates the pure potential that beats ferociously within every heart. The mask emerged from one of my drawings that was Zach's personal favorite and I wanted to share it with the world. I feel Zach was drawn to the image of the tiger because the tiger symbolizes many traits that Zach possessed; such an inner strength, courage, and passion. The name Zoom was a nickname I gave to Zach. In this piece, it represents the fast pace of life and that sometimes we forget to stop and enjoy the moment. I created this mask to honor and cherish his irreplaceable memory.
