Following a successful business career and after the sale of a business owned by my husband and me, I started my art career. I spent most of my adult life as an entrepreneur creating and growing successful businesses. I took classes in watercolor and acrylic. I took workshops with local and national artists. I devoured books on technique and sat for hours in my home studio practicing what I learned. I still do. Being an artist is a journey. My hope is for the joy I feel in the process of painting to come through in the painting, so that when someone looks at my art, they too will feel JOY!
