My name is Donté and I am a Denver native. Art has always been a hobby of mine throughout my life but I never pursued it as a career until I attended college. I was originally an anatomy major because the human body is such an extraordinary organism. However, the curriculum was very rigorous and I felt like I wasn't learning anything. I was very unhappy so I figured, if I'm going to finish college I might as well do something I know I'm good at. Here I am today with a BA in studio arts and so grateful that I chose art as the path to my success. My work has been exhibited in a few art shows and I do local commissions for people as well. I really hope to become one of Denver's well known artists in the future.
