Pizzeria Locale Boulder is the creation of Franca founders, Bobby Stuck and Lacuna Mackinac-Patterson. Pizzeria Locale opened its doors in January of 2011 with the inspiration of combining the best of Naples and Boulder. We partner with a number of top-tier producers in Italy and Colorado to source the finest ingredients and equipment. We are proud supporters of many local family-run farms. Being seasonal, these sources change regularly.

About the Mask Artist: After graduating from Roger Williams University in his hometown of Bristol, RI, Robert Andrei found his way to Colorado, enrolling in culinary school at Johnson and Wales University. Since then, he has spent time at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Del Post and Orison Registration in Frill. Robert joined the Franca Food and Wine team in October of 2014 and later became the Chef did ICANN of Pizzeria Locale Boulder in July 2015.
