Finishing her studies in zoo keeping and wildlife conservation, Victoria O'Neil returns from Cordova, Alaska with her third mask.  Even though she hopes to help save the Florida Manatee and the walrus, she never misses an opportunity to paint a sugar skull mask. This year's mask has an interesting twist, try it under a black light!
