A native of Colorado, Chef Ian Kleinman’s love of food and the whimsical has led him to become a leader & visionary in the Molecular Gastronomy field. In 2009, Chef Ian created The Inventing Room, a catering company focused on food as entertainment. In 2015 he opened his first brick & mortar dessert shop, also called The Inventing Room, in Denver Colorado. 

I love creating pieces with wood, old chemistry glass and items salvaged from my grandfathers farm in Kansas. I call it “Farm Punk"
