Born in Kobe Japan, Maya Tsuchiya is a professional musical instrument repair technician, a pianist and a glass artist.  While growing up in Japan, she practiced piano since the age of 4 and now fixes musical instruments professionally.  The music has been a great part of her life, but later found her other passion, glass art, after moving to the US.  Although Maya never received a formal art education, she is influenced by her fellow artists in Colorado as a member of Glass Artists of Colorado (www.gaf.com).  Now, Maya expresses her passion to art by blending her love to music.
