Gary Friedland, M.D. is a native Denverite, a retired Internal Medicine doc who has been involved with The Denver Hospice as a board member, voluntter and member of the Ethics Committee for 15 years. This is the third mask he has made for the project. This mask entitled "Time is Running Out" points out that we should all try to live the best we can and make the most out of each moment as our time on earth is limited. Painting is a recent hobby. He is indebted to his "Bride" of 62 years for all of her critiques.
