DESIGN SERVICES by SKS Designs, LLC

Six Hours of Preliminary Design services, which can include 1-2 hours of discussion with the client about their desired project, and measuring of the existing space(s). Approx. 4 hours of design time to produce two or three rough sketches of potential solutions, and review with the client.

These sketches can be used by the client to hone in on their preferred direction, or for discussion of a project with potential contractors.
