Walk out the front door of this FQ home and find yourself only two blocks from Bourbon Street, five blocks from the Riverfront, and only steps away from popular restaurants, live music, shopping, and a streetcar stop. Coming to town for the big game? No need to worry about driving or parking -- you're close enough to walk to all the good stuff!

This 1,400 square foot condo comprises the second and third floors of an original Creole townhouse built in 1832 featuring many original architectural highlights such as 14-foot ceilings, exposed brick interior walls,  a winding staircase, and the original wrap-around balcony. More modern amenities include four flat screen TVs, plenty of linens and towels to keep you comfortable, central heat and air, ceiling fans, a king size sleigh bed in master bedroom, and dining seating for four.

While there is no room for vehicles on the property, there are several convenient parking options on the same block or across the street (rates vary), with a 10-minute loading/unloading zone right across the street. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.)
