About the Artist:
"I have been taking photographs for years. In 2013, I got a new camera for my 1st ever assignment as a (volunteer) photographer at Jazzfest and I figured that I better learn how to use it. I quickly discovered how to make what I am calling digital watercolors and the results are here for you to see.
All of these images have been made on location in Louisiana or New Orleans in the various parks, streets and neighborhoods as I traveled the city- during the day and at night- by bicycle. I have attempted to capture some of my favorite things about New Orleans including the unique music and street culture, the architecture, the natural environment, the well known landmarks and -most interesting to me - the local establishments (bars, groceries, buildings) in the various neighborhoods that give this wonderful city its unique character.
