Come experience the mind-body connection through gentle, flowing yoga. Are you curious about what yoga is? Looking to bring calm to your life through meditative breathing exercises? Wanting to build core strength and increase muscle tone? This class is appropriate for all of these intentions and more. It is designed for all levels of physical fitness and flexibility is not required!
Alicia Brabazon-Curtin is an experienced certified yoga teacher, educator, and a mother of four young children, and a Brown School parent!
Classes are held on Mondays from 8 to 9 pm at Dance Me Studio on Upper Union Street in Schenectady.

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping of items, other than gift certificates, is not included. Winner may either pick up his or her item(s) at Brown School or pay for shipping costs.
