Tour through the vineyards!
- Possibly the most unique way to visit the wineries.

On this tour our guide will lead you, by mountain bike, through the 45-North Winery's vineyards and trails. (These 100 acres were forever preserved when the Grossnickle Family--winery owners--donated a conservation easement.) Rolling through the picturesque vines you will see the grapes ripening first-hand. Experience postcard views of vineyards and surrounding orchards from the hilltop vineyard block.

Then pedal through single-track trails to 45-North's Winery and taste their award-winning wines. Pick your favorite wines and head back to the vineyard to enjoy a catered picnic lunch. The fun isn't over after lunch. We make a detour on the back roads to Aurora Cellars with frequent stops and a laid-back pace. You will enjoy the scenery and share in the wine making process. We use the freedom of bicycles to explore the hidden jewels of the vineyard and wine country.

It is rare for a winery to invite biking through their vineyards. However, the 45-North property is so beautiful they can't help but share it with you. This is truly a special adventure that is not to be missed! The tour covers about 8-10 miles for the day, on rolling dirt vineyard roads, single track trails and a little pavement.
